We Help Clients Build Career Paths, Find Employment, and Break the Cycle of Poverty
The Comprehensive Case Management & Employment Program (CCMEP) at the Urban League of Greater Southwestern Ohio (ULGSO), in partnership with the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services, helps low-income young adults create career plans, complete job training, and secure well-paying jobs. This program aims to break the cycle of poverty by offering a variety of services tailored to each person's unique needs.
Who Can Join?
CCMEP is designed for low-income young adults aged 14 to 24. If you fit this age range and want to build a successful career, CCMEP is here to support you.

CCMEP stands out by integrating funding from both the Workforce Innovation and Opportunity Act (WIOA) youth program and the Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF) program. This unique integration allows us to provide more coordinated and personalized services.
